Returns/Exchanges for products purchased directly from the Mini Treasure Kids
We have a high standard of quality control in our garments, and our returns policy is as below.
Please note: We have a STRICT refund policy, and refunds will NOT be issued after 7 business days. We advise sending all returns via Express Post to avoid Australia Post Delays and missing out on a refund.
Mini Treasure Kids products purchased at full price from our website (MTK Boutique) can be returned and exchanged within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unused/unworn/unwashed condition, still have the original swing tags and packaging attached and are accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and not a custom made order or a pre order. We do not accept returns if the goods tags are removed and/or out of the original packaging Exchanges are available within this time if you have purchased an incorrect size/colour.
WE REGRET TO ADVISE NO EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE WITHOUT ORIGINAL PURCHASE PROOF.
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY.
NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR A CHANGE OF MIND.
NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED.
NO EXCHANGE/REFUND ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS, ALTERED ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDERS OR PRE ORDERS.
If a garment is faulty in design or manufacturing, in all cases where possible, we will first endeavour to replace the garment with a similar one; otherwise we will issue a credit note to the purchased value you paid; or provide a refund once that garment has passed our Q.C Testing and inspection. Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. We must be notified 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged as a result of the care instructions not being followed.
We do not accept returns where the garments are damaged through normal wear and tear.
We do not accept returns where the products are damaged through the shipping company. If the item has been damaged through shipping, the shipping company should be contacted.
We do sell samples on our website, which will be indicated and sold at a discounted price. Our samples are not refunded and are a test of our product. All CLEARANCE/SAMPLE SALE items are FINAL sales. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for items purchased in the CLEARANCE/SAMPLE SALE section.
Postage for Returns/Exchanges must be pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you would like to exchange your product because you ordered the incorrect size/colour, please ensure you include either your credit card details so that we can charge your credit card for the Post packaging, Insurance and freight of the replacement product, or alternatively, please include an Australia Post Express Post Satchel (which is traceable) so that we can dispatch your replacement product without delay.
Please note: Any costs for postage to send the garment back to MTK will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise sending with a tracking number to ensure the item is not lost.
Securely pack and seal your items in their original condition, and please send all Returns/Exchanges together with your contact details, to the below-mentioned address:
To start your return process, please email info@minitreasurekids.com with your full name, order number, and outline of the details of your return. You will then be sent a return form that must be filled out and included in your return parcel. Once you have approval, returns can be sent to:

Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. When returning goods, you must provide proof of purchase along with the merchandise, posted to the above address.
